The Great Crested Newt
At McCarthy Construction Ltd we believe in looking after the environment, wildlife, fauna and protected species!
The current site we are working on in Melksham is inhabited by The Great Crested Newt.
To protect them over 1400 m of newt fencing, 149 newt buckets, 149 newt mats and 7 No. hibernacula refuge areas have been provided on site.
